Kind words from participants

See what our previous participants have experienced below or on Instagram.

Claire was so encouraging and engaging any initial fears I had were immediately quashed and I enjoyed the whole experience immensely.

An excellent retreat that nourished the mind, body and soul.

I particularly liked how the art complemented and connected with the yoga and meditation sessions.

The Art sessions were inclusive and reminded me of the joy experienced from creating images. The process was so positive and has inspired me to think about using it in the future as part of my relaxation ritual.

An excellent balance between soft yoga, meditation and creative artwork. Andi is down to earth and an authentic teacher. Highly recommended.

I can now see how art is a natural calming tonic for the active mind! And there is beauty everywhere indeed. We just have to open our eyes and be mindful.

I go back back home and feeling energised, positive and ready to take on life.
